Following William arachknight and Giblert's first meeting, Gilbert returns for a second time. This post is open to characters played by polizei and creatoremagico.

[After their initial meeting, Gilbert had been eager to see William again. It had been a few days in Mnemosynis since he had returned from the foreign world, that would mean for the spider man it would have been a good few months. He wasn't sure if that was a good thing or a bad thing. He wasn't bothered about seeming over eager! He always seemed like that, but he definitely didn't want William to think he'd forgotten about him.

That was why he had come to the door of his little shack with a great big box of cakes and pastries. Sweets the spider man could actually eat rather than keep! He'd baked them all himself and he would not take no for an answer if his friend tried to refuse.]

Hello? [He called as he knocked a few times energetically.] William?

[ there is movement, that stops when Gilbert's voice is heard, but after a few moments of hesitation, the door will open and a wide-eyed William will glance down at Gilbert. ]

...you returned.

[goldensyrup]

With sweets. [Gilbert looks up at him and smiles. He's a little nervous as he does so, not because William is intimidating but well... Because he is handsome.]

I did say I would, remember?

[arachknight]

It has been such a long while I... [ he lets the sentence hang and just quietly moves aside to allow him inside. ]

Come in...

[goldensyrup]

Thank you. [He gives a polite little bow before making his way inside. It's still the same as he remembered it.]

I feel a little guilty for being away so long, but time works differently where I am from so I hope you will forgive me. A few days at home and I's lost a few weeks here before I knew it!

[arachknight]

Is that so? [ he sounds more interested instead of distrusting, and curiously tilts his head, walking over to seat himself on a mattress. ]

[goldensyrup]

[Gilbert takes his tone as interested, he isn't the type to think someone is being distrusting of him when he's so open and trusting himself. Smurt.]

It is! Actually I measured it as a minute of your time is equal to an hour of Mnemosynis time. So it's no wonder the season has changed here! [He sets the cake box down and opens it. Inside are all colours of pastries and cakes, fruity, sugary, glazed, custard filled and creamy. So much to choose from.]

[arachknight]

I see...that is quite peculiar indeed.

[ he'll peek into the box and blink. so many cakes...he intended to share them all with him? ]

Your sweet tooth is quite...fearsome.

[goldensyrup]

You bet! [He giggles.] Have as many as you like, I made them for you but you can't keep them. You have to eat them this time.

[arachknight]

I wonder if I can possibly eat this many. Will you...assist me?

[goldensyrup]

[Gilbert giggles at Williams formality and nods] I will assist you with all my ferocity, don't you worry. [He takes what is basically a cinnamon-roll from the box.] Go ahead.

[arachknight]

What is this one called? The fruit on it is strangely...glossy.

[ Will raises a fruit tart. ]

It's a strawberry and kiwi tart. Try it, I wont be offended if it's not to your taste. The fruit is glossy because of the sugar glaze.

[arachknight]

I see... I have never eaten a kiwi before.

[ sugar glaze... exotic fruit. what a day, today was. if Gil' looks around he'll find the candies that he had given Will were by his mattress 'bed', a visible few of them actually eaten. he'll gently pop the entire fruit tart into his mouth at once, chewing carefully and savouring the flavour. it was sweeter than any fruit...some sort of cream was in the centre of the pastry... it was amazing. ]

[He watches really happily, astounded by how William can put the whole thing in his mouth. He really hopes he likes it and finds himself biting his lower lip nervously.]

[arachknight]

[Gil settles and watches the spider man eat, happily gazing up at his face. William is so handsome. As he stares he finds himself blushing.]

gasp......

[arachknight]

...? [ he notices the staring. ]

I went there

[He then notices himself staring, and goes even more red] Oh, I'm sorry! [He shakes his head, laughing] I was just... [He doesn't know what he was doing. His heart is beating really fast.]

[arachknight]

Are you all right?

[ its a gentle question, and he tilts his head. ]

[goldensyrup]

Oh yes... [Gil blushes some more. He doesn't know what's come over him.] Maybe I've had too much sugar, my heart is racing.

[arachknight]

I was not aware sugar could do that. Do you need to rest?

[goldensyrup]

[He closes his eyes and shakes his head.] You're very kind, but no. I think I should just be honest if that's okay?

[arachknight]

[ a gentle nod. he's listening intently. ]

[goldensyrup]

Thank you. [He gives a nervous laugh.] It's just, I think you're so nice and... I know I barely know you so it's silly but, I might be getting a little... Crush... On you. [sweatdrop]

[arachknight]

...-crush?

[goldensyrup]

Y-yeah... [he bites his lower lip.] I'm sorry, Io know it's strange. I barely know you as I said but, when I'm around you I feel really happy.

[arachknight]

I am unfamiliar with the word but- judging by your reactions to the term... am I right in assuming you hold some form of...affection for me?

[goldensyrup]

[Gil let out a breath and smiled.] Yes. That's right. [He feels better now that he's gotten that out.]

I hope it wont make you uncomfortable to be with me? I'd like to keep spending time with you.
